i 100% support this location. they offer some of the BEST service ever, even if it is sort of a chain joint.
every single time i call, no matter who answers the phone, i am greeted with the same excellent service every time. i cannot say that about any other pizza joint around! the staff always confirms my orders, answers any questions i have, and honor their specials. this kind of service is hard to come by these days. not to mention, i have never had a bad pie from here, always excellent, fresh toppings and always loaded, never skimped. i will continue to order from here and i hope the consistency stays the same! -

Horrible service manager is very rude. Owner is cheap and doesn't care about resolving customers issues even when they mess up your food. I will never order from them

Ever since they changed owners, the place is gross! ONE guy in there is always picking his nose, and doesn't wash his hands! I don't go here anymore!

This review is for carry out. I ordered ahead at noon for a pizza to pick up at 2pm. When I got there, the pizza was still in the oven, so I had to wait a couple of minutes, but boy was it worth it! It was a regular old pepperoni pizza, but it was so darn good that my two compadres and I ate the whole large pizza in one sitting. Four slices each. True story.

I have to say I am very disappointed in Benito's. My mother and I come here every week and this is how they made our usual pizza. We asked for more cheese and were told there is already enough on it. This personal pizza was drenched in sauce. I spoke to the owner Marlo who had very poor customer service skills and told us that this is how it should look when clearly it is never made like this. He gave us four blocks of cheese to put on our pizza which I think was an intent to be funny/rude. We will definitely be taking a break from this location.
